Physical training is important for everyone of all ages. CrossFit is a great way for your teenager to get moving under the guidance of a qualified coach, improving their overall health and instillin a sense of self confience and pride in their hard work.

Kicking off on Thursday the 28th of October and continuing weekly thereafter, classes will run at 3:45pm for an hour out of our gym in Parramatta.

The cost of these sessions is $15 per session, with a 10 week commitment required. If you have more than one teen from your family signing up, you will receive a discount!

These classes will focus on the development of strength across all areas, while ensuring safe movement patters. They are an opportunity for teenagers to socialise with one another while improving their health and physical fitness.

Our coaches hold a current WWCC and have extensive knowledge about age appropriate programming for your children.

These classes will run into the school holidays too, meaning that your kids will maintain physical activity on a consistent and regular basis, and not just during school terms.
